Check your channels before you choose.
The exact channel matters more than a catalog count. Tell support what you want to watch, where you will watch, and on which device.
Turn a channel wish list into a clear question
Use the full channel name and, for local stations, the affiliate or city. For a particular match or event, include the date and the network you expect to carry it. This helps support answer your actual viewing need.
A network’s presence does not establish that every program or regional event is available. Ask about your viewing location, restrictions, and the current account lineup. Do not treat a general category such as “sports” as confirmation of a specific broadcast.
Include these details
- The channel name, language, and any local affiliate.
- Your US state or the region where you plan to watch.
- The event name and date, if one particular broadcast matters.
- Your device model and the player you intend to use.
- Whether captions, a specific audio language, or a program guide are important.
Save the answer and test where possible
Keep the support response with your order notes. If a trial is available, check the exact feed on your intended device and connection. Availability can change; a successful trial does not guarantee future programming.
Continue with the pre-purchase checklist, then compare plan totals. If guide times are confusing, see the EPG and time-zone guide.
