Plan selection does not establish compatibility with every device or the availability of every channel, event, resolution, or feature. Confirm the requirements that matter to you with support before purchasing. If a trial is offered, its duration and conditions are provided by support.

Your equipment and player

You are responsible for a working internet connection and a compatible device and player. Third-party players may have separate fees and terms. Our device information is general guidance; app availability and supported login formats must be checked for your exact model.

Account use

Keep your credentials private and use the account within its connection allowance and confirmed conditions. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast service access without express authorization. Confirm any use on different networks, recording, or multi-view with support; a connection count alone does not grant permission for every use.

Use the service only in accordance with applicable law and the rights and restrictions attached to the content. A subscription, player installation, or country-specific website does not by itself establish rights to a particular broadcast.

Payment and activation

Payments are processed through the existing FlujiPay checkout links. Keep your order reference and order email. Contact support if you cannot match a payment to an activated account. Do not pay a second time simply because confirmation is delayed.

Changes and availability

Channel lineups, app support, and programming may change. The website does not promise uninterrupted playback or every future event on a named network. When a specific requirement determines your purchase, obtain a current answer from support and retain it with your order details.

Problems and refund requests
