A clear route when something is wrong.
Last updated September 18, 2026. The conditions below carry forward the existing LemoTV refund policy used on lemotvs.net.
Check your setup before buying
Ask about trial availability and confirm your device and must-watch channels before payment. If you buy a plan and the service cannot be made to work on your setup, contact support within seven days so the team can troubleshoot or review a refund.
Issues considered for a refund
- The service cannot be made to work on your device after troubleshooting with support.
- You were charged twice for the same subscription.
- You were charged for a plan you did not order.
- The account was never activated after payment cleared.
Conditions and exclusions
The existing policy excludes requests after the seven-day window, cases where troubleshooting assistance was declined, and problems caused by the customer’s connection, hardware, or local network. It also excludes a missing channel or event that was not confirmed before purchase and accounts suspended for violating service terms.
Reseller credits, where separately purchased, are non-refundable once issued. This website’s listed plans are household subscription options. These conditions do not override rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to make the request
- Contact support with your payment reference and the email or number used for the order.
- Describe the issue, when it began, and the device and player involved.
- List any troubleshooting already completed.
- Allow the team to investigate and explain whether the issue can be resolved or a refund is approved.
Send requests to support@lemotvs.net or use the WhatsApp support contact. Do not include full card numbers or account passwords.
Approved refunds and timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing is normally initiated within a few business days; the payment provider and card issuer determine when the credit appears. Ask support for the refund reference if you need to track it.
If the issue concerns a duplicate charge or unexpected payment, keep both payment references. Avoid creating another purchase while the first is being investigated.
